Our Beef is raised exclusively for us by the Dales finest Farmers. The close relationships we have these farmers ensure that quality and consistency remain the key ingredients in all of our mouth watering beef products.
Our beef is matured by the traditional method of dry/air hanging in specially designed refrigeration units for a minimum of 21 days. This method of hanging helps to produce the tastiest, most tender and most succulent Beef of well.. anywhere!
