Show & Sale of Fatstock & Cull Cows
Kendalls Farm Butchers succesfully bid for and bought the finest Beef & Lamb available this week at the Christmas auction in Pateley Bridge.
Mick Searle from J.Penny & sons who represented Kendalls at the event bought
Supreme Champion of Show.
A superb Limousin Cross which was owned by Trevor Stoney of Bewerley, Pateley Bridge which was bought for £2,250-00.
Reserve Champion of Show.
Also a Limousin Cross owned by Trevor Stoney of Bewerley, Pateley Bridge purchased for £2,100-00.
Reserve Champion Lambs
A pen of three Texel Cross lambs owned by Mr Poulter of Eavestone, Ripon which were bought for £101-00 each.
The Beef will now go through the Kendalls traditional ageing process over the next 4 weeks to be perfect for Christmas. It will distributed to our customers through our shops and website to make your Christmas even more special!

- Silver Award - Beef Lasagne
- Silver Award - Black Pudding
As you can see we had an exceptionally successful night!
On the back of these awards we were invited onto Calendar ITV News as the most successful Competitor in the BPEX National Roadshow 2009! We will try and get this video online asap - worth a laugh!
Our Pork, Black Pudding & Apple Pie which was awarded Champion Cold Eating Pie and Supreme Champion of Show was invited to the National Champion of Champions Awards in which it received a highly respectable Runner-Up Award.
