Shipping and delivery

All products should be consumed within 3 days of opening and stored at a temperature of between 0' and 5'C. All products are suitable for freezing.

Orders will be processed within 7 days unless otherwise requested. Deliveries are made on Tuesday to Friday. Although we will attempt to deliver on a particular day we are unable to guarantee this.

We are happy to accept gift cards for inclusion with your order, or will include a message on your behalf.

Our products are delivered by Fedex overnight courier service. Please give accurate delivery address which must include post code and telephone number of the recipient. Delivery instructions would be appreciated, particularly if the address is remote or hard to find, and a designated safe area where deliveries can be left in the event that no one is available when the delivery is made.Our products are delivered by Fedex overnight courier service. Q. Delivery costs?
A. At Kendall's we have a standard charge of £8.99.

Q. How prompt is delivery?
A. All orders are delivered within 48 hours. Day 1: you place your order Day 2: we prepare your requirements – fresh Day 3: delivered for you to enjoy

Q. What areas can you deliver to?
A. All areas of 'mainland' UK. *(delivery to more remote regions may take longer than the stated 48 hours.)

Q. What time of the day can delivery be expected?
A. Delivery tends to be AM – but this cannot be guaranteed. *If you wish to state a delivery point (a neighbour, perhaps), please specify in the 'Special Instructions' box of our online checkout.

Q. My order has not arrived - where is it?
A. We will have sent you an email confirming the delivery date and package tracking code. You can track your delivery on fedexuk.com.

Q. You don't appear to stock what I am looking for. Can you help?
A. Via our contacts we can quite often assist customers in sourcing items that are not advertised as being available from Kendall's. Please email your precise enquiry.

Q. How are the products kept at a cool temperature?
A. Using ice pads and contained within bubble wrap ensures that they are kept cool. In order to make doubly sure, orders are packed in Polystyrene boxes.
