'Kendalls steak and ale pie is THE most delicious, delectable pie I think I have ever tried - including my own home made! The filling is ALWAYS consistent, wonderfully tasty, lean, melt in the mouth. The Gravy is fantastic. And their pastry beats even my Mum's. A plate pie will feed 5 easily with veg, we serve ours with Roast Potatoes as we've got the oven on anyway and they just make such a special meal - every one is a celebration! And it makes us think of the beauty of Nidderdale as we tuck in. I think everyone who tries these great pre-prepared dishes will never want to try any other. They are just great'. - Denise Finch

We were on our way home from a weeks holiday in the Dales, when we stopped in Pateley Bridge & I had one of your pork pies just out of the oven. Just had to let you know that it was the best pork pie that I had ever tasted. I am 65yrs old, so that says something. Well done I will. hopefully visit again. Mrs Sandie Seager
